Who:      SC Highway Patrol Graduation  ** 40 troopers to graduate as part of SC Highway Patrol Basic Classes 110 and 111 **
               University of South Carolina President Bob Caslen to speak.

When:    Friday, November 22, 2019, 2 p.m.

Where:   Columbia Metropolitan Convention Center, 1101 Lincoln Street
