The South Carolina Highway Patrol (SCHP) and the South Carolina Department of Natural Resources (SCDNR) Law Enforcement Division announces the following event:

WHAT:      Media availability. Media will be granted access to interviews and video with troopers and officers of the SC Highway
                  Patrol and SC Department of Natural Resources Law Enforcement Division

WHEN:     Wednesday, June 28, 2023, at 10:00 a.m.

WHY:    To promote the partnership between SCHP and SCDNR Law Enforcement Division and speak to the media about
               enforcement efforts and safety messages ahead of the Fourth of July weekend. 

WHO:    SCDNR and SCHP representatives will be present.

The South Carolina Department of Public Safety includes the Highway Patrol, State Transport Police, Bureau of Protective Services, Office of Highway Safety and Justice Programs, and the South Carolina Law Enforcement Officers Hall of Fame.
